비자발급을 위한 초청장요청

You live in a country that requires a visa to enter:

• France when your are coming to Paris to attend our 2 annual conferences
• Singapore or India to attend our next conferences

You will therefore need a proof concerning the reason of your visit.

What is the procedure?

1. Choose the IMCAS conference you wish to attend
2. Then, register using the adapted “REGISTRATION FORM” in the corresponding chapter
3. Wait for your invoice that we will sent to you by email in the ten following days
4. Note your “INVOICE NUMBER”
5. Then fill in the following form
6. Your “VISA LETTER OF INVITATION” will be sent to you in the ten following days by email and by air mail

What if you do not obtain your visa?

1. Fax us or email us the written answer of the Embassy or the Consulate in which you submitted you request
2. We will immediately reimburse you (total paid minus 30 euros fees)
