IMCAS press guidelines and Press accreditation

IMCAS is glad to welcome each year the media from all around the world during its annual meetings.

To ensure efficient registration, please follow these steps:

1. Review the IMCAS’s Press Guidelines
2. Complete the online application for Press accreditation
   
3. Within seven (7) days of receipt, applications are reviewed. Notification of your registration status will be e-mailed to you. Check your email!
4. Review the Press Office Location and Hours.
   Print out this page so you’ll know where and when to find our Press Office.
5. Once your press release is finished, please submit it for approval to the IMCAS Scientific Committee.

Upon your arrival at our Welcome Desk, present yourself at the PRESS ACCREDITATION COUNTER. Do not forget to bring with you:

• the confirmation letter you had received per e-mail
• And
  • If you applied for a Press badge "Mass Audience Journal"
    • Your picture ID
    • Your professional press pass card
  • If you applied for a Press badge "Medical Journal"
    • Your ID with a picture
    • Your professional press pass card
    • A copy of your medical diploma
