IMCAS press guidelines and online registration

IMCAS is glad to welcome each year the media from all around the world during its annual meetings.

To ensure efficient registration, please follow these steps:

1. Review the IMCAS’s Press Guidelines
2. Complete the online application
   
3. Check your email for our answer Within seven (7) days of receipt, applications are reviewed. Notification of your registration status will be e-mailed to you.
4. Review the Press Office Location and Hours
   Print out this page so you’ll know where and when to find the Press Office.
5. Once your press release is finished, please submit it for approval to the IMCAS Scientific Committee.

Please bring a photo id and your business press card when you come to pick up your press badge.
