  1. YOU ARE A DOCTOR (already having a private practice) or member of the INDUSTRY (clinic manager, researcher, scientist, ...). You should fill out ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER REGISTERED PERSON.
  2. YOU ARE A RESIDENT, A NURSE, AN ACCOMPANYING PERSON (doctor’s husband or wife) – Registration fees are reduced. However, we need a proof certificate. Therefore, online registration is not possible: you should register by fax or by post only

4 2 -HOUR TEACHING COURSES
A panel of experts teaches a special topic. Each course will be welcoming no more than 50 attendees.
  • 1 Teaching Course held on the first day evening of the conference
    (Monday December 1)
  • 1 Teaching Course held on the second day evening of the conference
    (Tuesday December 2))
  • 1 teaching course : 80 US DOLLARS (approx 3 400 INR)
  • 2 teaching courses : 130 US DOLLARS (approx 5 500 INR)

Cancellation policy
BEFORE Saturday 1 November 2008 : 30% of the registration fees will be retained
