The academic quality of your demonstration depends on the perfect timing and full respect of this procedure

YOUR PRACTITIONERS

THE PRACTITIONER MUST PRESENT HIM/HERSELF UPON ARRIVAL AT THE WELCOME DESK TO GET A BADGE « SPEAKER – LIVE/VIDEO DEMO/ SYMPOSIUM ». This free badge will give him/her free access to the ROOM in wich the demonstration or lecture is given. If he/she wants to attend scientific sessions or come back another day of the conference, registration and payment of registration fees will be necessary

YOUR PATIENTS / MODELS

• YOUR FIRM IS IN CHARGE OF RECRUITING THE PATIENTS WHO WILL BE TREATED DURING THE DEMOS
• PATIENTS MUST SIGN AN INFORMED CONSENT BEFORE THE DEMO (see the example)
• THE PATIENTS MUST PRESENT THEMSELVES UPON ARRIVAL (AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE THE DEMO) AT THE WELCOME DESK TO GET A BADGE « PATIENT »
• MAKE SURE YOUR PATIENTS HAVE REMOVED ANY MAKE-UP AND HAVE THEIR HAIR UP
• YOU MUST PREPARE YOUR PATIENT IN ADVANCE (EMLA…)

PLACE OF DEMONSTRATION

• TREATMENTS WILL BE REALIZED IN THE ASSIGNED ROOM:
  • Either THE CONFERENCE ROOM by itself
  • or A SPECIFIC TREATMENT ROOM
• THIS ROOM IS fully EQUIPPED WITH A TREATMENT BED, A TABLE AND A SEAT

As concerning the demos involving fillers, peeling, etc…

BE SURE THAT YOUR MATERIAL FOR YOUR DEMO (NEEDLES, COMPRESSES, GLOVES) is well PREPARED IN ADVANCE within the PREPARATION ROOM

As concerning the demos involving lasers, etc…

• YOUR MACHINES MUST BE TESTED BY YOUR TECHNICIAN WITH THE PRACTITIONER MAKING THE DEMO SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE THE DEMO
• NOTA : DO NOT FORGET THAT YOUR TECHNICIAN SHOULD ALSO WEAR A BADGE
• YOU MUST BRING YOUR MACHINES IN FRONT OF THE ASSIGNED ROOM ONE HOUR BEFORE THE DEMO
• YOUR TECHNICIAN MUST BE PRESENT ALL THE DEMO LONG
• YOU MUST TAKE YOUR MACHINE BACK JUST AFTER THE DEMO

CLEANING UP

• YOU MUST TAKE YOUR MATERIAL AWAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE DEMO
• YOU MUST HAVE THE DIVAN CLEAN AFTER YOUR DEMO / WORKSHOP
