Dear Partner Welcome at IMCAS!
1. LUNCHEONS and COFFEE BREAKS
During lunch time and coffee breaks, our delegates are invited to stay within the Exhibition Hall in which luncheons buffets are offered. This way, delegates are not leaving the conference and may continue their visit to the booths.
Access to those buffets is strictly reserved to doctors. May we remind you that exhibitor badges do not give access to luncheons and coffee breaks buffets.
2. ROOM ACCESS
IMCAS respects strictly the criteria required for CME accreditation. That is why the access to the conferences is submitted to a number of exact rules, aiming at guaranteeing the scientific independence of the conferences, and at preserving it from any commercial interest influence.
A precise « Badge Policy » has been implemented, which specifies the rules relating to the admittance to the different areas of IMCAS conferences.
IMCAS Badge Policy is mandatory for all the participants. Its violation will authorise IMCAS Staff to take measures in order to restore the order, and may lead to the withdrawal of the badge and the prohibition of access to the conference area.
According to each participant’s status (delegate, faculty, exhibitor, etc), a corresponding badge colour is issued based on a precise “COLOUR CODE”.
Exhibitors badges:
- give access to sponsored sessions
- do not give access to the non sponsored sessions.
Your Exhibitor badge is RED and will give you free access to all the « RED SESSIONS ». For further information, read our « Badge Policy ».
3. COMPLIANCE WITH THE COUNTRY LEGISLATION
The products displayed and sold during the exhibition must comply with the applicable country legislation. IMCAS disclaims any liability for the breach of the applicable legislation.
4. NON COMPETITION POLICY toward IMCAS conferences
I- We remind you that a firm or a laboratory exhibiting at IMCAS cannot organize any simultaneous seminar or workshop during the:
- Preceding 24 hours
- All the congress time period
- Following 24 hours
II- It is not permitted to use any rental space to organize activities such as symposia, workshops, demonstrations or lectures without prior approval from IMCAS Secretariat.
Room rental is only authorized for internal staff meeting. No delegates- doctors may be involved.
III- It is strongly forbidden to involve IMCAS participants in any of the above mentioned activities.
Any breach of this policy will lead to the immediate booth closing and withdrawal.
5. BADGE LOSS
Please note any loss of badge would involve a new full billing
